WIMPY IN THE WIND

DESCRIPTION:

Wimpy is a 6-year-old black AQHA registered gelding standing 15.1 hands. He is a grandson of Wimpys Little Step and is built like a true ranch horse with plenty of foot and bone. He has the mind of a gentle trail horse and a willing, easy-going attitude. Wimpy is a true black gelding with dapples throughout, making him as attractive as he is capable.

This gelding has the training and experience to suit most any rider. Wimpy has been used in all aspects of ranch work, including sorting cattle, loading trucks, doctoring sick cattle, checking fences, and pasture roping.

Over the summer, Wimpy has been hauled all over Minnesota and used extensively on trail rides. He will stand tied all night on a high line. On the trail, he rides quietly alone or in a group and is comfortable riding in the front, middle, or back. He confidently crosses water, downfall, and any obstacles in his path.

In the arena, Wimpy has a soft, correct lope, takes both leads, and rides collected on a loose rein. He has a slow, relaxed walk, a smooth trot, and a very nice stop. He side passes easily, moves well off your leg, neck reins nicely, and will spin both directions.

Wimpy is easy to catch, load, and unload, and trailers well alone or with other horses. He stands tied quietly for grooming and saddling. This gelding has tons of potential to go in any direction you choose.

He is up to date on all vet and farrier care.
